Zero-leakage High efficiency and energy saving trap valve JX58W

Intoduction

   JX58W series is the patent product of JXBLZ Company ,it conforms to the requirements of China GB-12251-89 and ZBJ16007-90 standards,and widely used in Iron and steel ,Petrochemical,food ,pharmacy and other fields.

Principles

  By using the floating ball as main operation part, this series features a simple and stable working status. As the diagram shows, when there is no Condensation water inside the valve ,the floating ball will close the valve by self gravity and systematic pressure ,when the condensation water raise to certain height,the floating ball will float up wards by buoyancy effect from the medium ,and open the valve to release. When the Condensation water descends to certain position ,the floating ball will close the valve by self gravity and systematic pressure,also to save certain amount of water in bottom of the valve for water sealing purpose.

Performance

  1.By using hard alloy as main material to feature strong anti-wear performance ,also with buffer device to ensure longer service life.Mechanical trap valves can work≥8000 hours by national standard,but our valve can work more than 16000 hours.

2.Apply double sealing technique,the national standard for leakge rate is ≤3%,and our valve can nearly reach zero leakage,ensure high effeminacy and avoid steam loss.

3.With high rate of back pressure which is of 99%,cooling degree reaches 0°C，is more suitable for heat recycle system(rate of back pressure on national standard ZBJ16007-9 is≥80%)

 4.Doesn’t require for maintenance ,which is of largely reduce the costs for maintenance.

5.Work under normal pressure,also can release condensation water constantly until finished ,ensures the inner equipment will not accumulate water after power off,greatly protect the device to from getting water hammer.
