Brushing Machine

An equipment with rotating cylindrical brush that sweeps and polishes over pavers or slaves to produce smooth surface.

• Number of brushes Type A:1, B:2, Type C, Type C+:3
• Brush drives by 30 HP motor : frequency of rotation easily adjustable in terms of inverter
• Easy integration into existing cubing line and minimal installation space
• Simple installation and easy replacement of brush

Paver Washer

• An equipment that sprays water and air onto formed pavers and removes cement on the surface and exposes aggregate.
• Integrated into block production line; no additional space needed
• Eighteen water spray nozzles and 10 air spray nozzles
• Two pairs of water spray nozzles and two pairs of air spray nozzles
• Height adjustment by manual handle
• Stainless pipe to minimize blocking of nozzles
• Water cleaning filter
• Consists of spray, water tank, high-pressure pump, water filter, and control

Block Splitter

• An equipment that splits two blocks formed symmetrically into half. The split surfaces expose aggregate and have texture like natural stone.
• May be integrated into existing cubing line or installed as a separate line
• Applicable to concrete blocks or retaining wall blocks
• Strong and exact splitting in terms of hydraulic power

Shotblaster

• An equipment that shoots small steel balls to the surface of concrete pavers to chip off soft matrix and expose coarse aggregate
• Destacker for input of blocks to be processed, cuber for stacking processed blocks
