Genofocus,Inc. developed pACE 'autoindution expression system' that is automatically induced according to the geowth phase. This system modified the promoter related to the acetare metabolism.The protein is expressed from the late phase of the culture and accumulated up to 20 to 40% of total protein. The most important characteristics is that the recombinant protein can be produced independent on to cell growth condition and there is need for the inducer. This characteristics so;ves the problems such as high cost of inducer like IPYG, low efficiency of induction in hogh-dense culture and heterogeneity of each clones of large samples in directed evolution.
