- CalB Lipase Library™ (Ver. 1.1) was developed using by Directed Evolution Technology of GenoFocus, Inc.
- The best 50 CalB (Candida antartica lipase B) variants were selected in four representative chemical reaction.
- The Library was consist of 100 mg of each immobilized enzyme and 5 gram of control CalB enzyme for control test or pretest.
