SEEPEX-pumps and their special features

SEEPEX-pumps Range MD

With the ability to convey small quantities at high differential pressureses, the SPEEEX minipump meets with the exating requirements of laboratories and other high performance applications.

The precise metering of loquids containing either difficult physical properties or reactive chemicla ingredients is economically achieved. exhigh bisconsity; asolids content; shear sensitivity; foaming air or gas inclusions; abrasive particales present; a chemically aggressive constituent. Even with such products, the self priming SPEEDEX MD Pump can meet with high suction lift and delivery pressure requirements.

Typical products which are handled include: Plyelectroyltes, lime wash, ferric sulphuric, ferriccholrides, hydrogen peroxide, hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid, ine chlorides, titanium dioxide, cekkykisem gelatine, whey, yeast, etc.

Acomprehensive range of materials is available to ensure that the construction of the pump is compatible with the product. There is also a choice of drive arragements which includes Electric Motors and fixed geared speed or mechanically variable speed gearboxes with ranges R-5,R=40, 05 R=80:1 ratios, Frequency inverter control is also abailable, and offers a wide range of output speeds with ratious from R=∞

SEEPEX-pumps Range MDT

The SEEPEX-pumps is an alternative to the basic MD and is used wher highly viscous and or non flowable products habe to be pumped. the basic suction branch is replaced by a feed hopper and the extended coupling rod connecting dirve shaft to rotor is fitted with a special feed screw which conveys the product to the progressisve cativities between the pump's rotor and stator.

Products that the SEEPEX-pumps Range MDThas proved successful handing include for example, pastes of different types, mashes, gels, biscous materials, and liquids containing a high dry solid content. It is of course assumed that whatever product is handled remains in a transportable condition and that its physical characteristic would not prevent its traverse through pump and pipeline (E.G frictionallosses and static heads of immeasurable dimensions.)
