Characteristics

• This valve is normally closed by spring force. Valve pipeline opens when air is supplied to one touch nipple and vice versa. (If there is air pressure in the cylinder of the valve. air may leak as the pipeline is not completely closed. When connecting solenoid valve to air hose. be sure that air is completely discharged.) Valve is normally used at air pressure of 5~9kg/cm². Read the scales on the side of the valve corresponding to the end of the bolt head and adjust it with + type handle. The flow rate of shot ball increases as the number of scale increases. T type nipple on the bottom is heat treated one and it has longer life span than that of the castings.

Use

• It is assembled to the pipelines on the bottom of the tank of the shot air blasting facility and it controls (open and close) the flow of shot ball.
