PXC3107 will be soon released. PXC3107 is a shrink version of PXC3100 for cost reduction. PXC3107 is fully compatible to Renesas' R61500.

- Bit operation function for memory write
- Vertical scroll function
- Power save mode of standby and sleep modes.
- Partial display of upto two screens for power save.
- n-line inversion mode
- Supports TFT display retention of Cst only.
- VCOM drivers and gamma drivers are built-in.
- Internal power supply circuits: upto 6 times stepup
- Operating voltages:
- VCC = 2.4V to 3.0V (logic voltage)
- IOVCC = 1.65V ~ 3.0V (interface I/O power supply)
- VCI = 2.5V to 3.0V (reference voltage input for stepup circuits)
- DDVDH = 4.5V to 5.5V (power supply for source drivers)
