Outline
As a sort of steel packaging equipment, CoilMaster is a fully automatic steel coil packaging equipment using stretch film.
The equipment is composed of a stretch film dispensing shuttle and C-frame track sections which provide the guide for the stretch filme dispensing shuttle.
Coils are wrapped by the film dispensing shuttle traveling along the C-frame track through the coil eyes sealing the coils with stretch film, while the coils are rotated axially on a set of blocker rollers.
During the wrapping process, the blocker rollers become part of CoilMaster and rotate the coils. The blocker rollers are designed to support the coils without doing any damage to the surface of the rotating coils.B2B Trade
