The operator can control the lub oil temperature within a range of 70°C to 140°C using heat exchanger with which cooling water can be supplied simply by operating solenoid valve, as one of controlling method but limited to only cooling function. With an intensive accuracy, our system is available to control lub oil temperature by installing external heat exchanger which can adjust the temperature level of cooling water circulating by the oil pump.

The system is an indirect type that the electric heater operates to match required lub oil temperature level when oil temperature falls below level and also supplied cooling water lowers the lub oil temperature exceeding the standard level, on detection of the temperature on the lub oil outlet, so that the required lub oil temperatrue level can maintain high stablity.

On/off of solenoid valve activates to control cooling water supply and correction is executed through PID control should any control deviation occurs. We set forth herein a brief system diaqram and further specification details can be provided anytime no matter where our client may be.
