Aurora pearls

Impearls patented handmade-aurora pearls have created the new pearl standard.

DYPL technology has enhanced the lustrous and shine of our pearls they are extraordinary and are superior to those of natural pearls.

The everlasting shine and beauty of a new gem created by Aurora comes from the layers of natural stones (cats-eye and tiger-eye) nucleus with iridescent synthesised mother-of-pearl.

Our pearls are emulated pearls composed of synthetic materials.

They neither include genuine mother of pearl layers nor are produced in a shell like cultured pearls.

Metals

Impearls uses only sterling silver. They are all nickel-free and therefore are non-allergen.

• Sterling silver: A precious metal but naturally tarnishes after exposure to air (certified in "925" hallmark)

All Aurora jewelleries are plated (coated with another metal) with color in order to protect the metals from being tarnished by the chemicals, water or skin oils and etc.

• Rhodium, a precious white metal, is used for jewellery's white appearance.
• 18 karat gold is used for jewellery's yellow appearance.
• Gunplating, an alloy, is used for jewellery's appearance.

Sales Conditions

Article 1 : Purpose
This contract concerns the sale of trademark products between DY T&S and its customer.

Article 2 : Offer
Orders are confirmed based on customer's order form.

Article 3 : Shipping & Handling Charges
For customers outside of Korea, the final price does not include taxes.
Customers outside of Korea must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customer may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Be aware that customs polices vary widely from country to country and contact your local customs office for further information.

Article 4 : Currency
Invoices will be issued in US Dollar.

Article 5 : Payment
Immediate payment will be made via inter-bank transaction

Article 6 : Estimated delivery time
The average delivery time will be around 2 to 4 weeks after the order has been confirmed. However, this may vary depending on the destination.

Article 7 : "Full satisfaction or money back" guarantee
If for any reason you received the product damaged, please send it back in its original packaging within 7 working days from the date of delivery of your order. (as indicated by the postmark)
You must include the delivery note and customs documents.
If the claim is justified, the customer will receive repair service, exchange or reimbursement.

Article 8 : Guarantees and after sales service
If the product which the customer received contain any hidden defect, customer is recommended to inform Pearlmade After Sales Service by email or fax as soon as possible.

Article 9 : After Sales service

DY Jewery has the right to revise prices without notice at any time.
