Product Information
SCM-3500 is a full version of CNC coiling machine. Computerized contrling system makes it possible that this newly developed machine runs without any transmission gears. Furthermore the pitch accuracy is highly upgraded owing to its numericla control.
Of course there is no need to supply lubricating oil. and most of the wearing elements were eliminated. The main spindle is driven by a servo motor and the pitch drum by stepping motor.
The coiling speed can be set at any level you like. You will be satisfied with its constant and stable operation and most effcient production capability.
