Xon® Cleaning Film
MCK's Xon® Cleaning Films are uniquely designed for grinding, polishing and finishing a wide variety of surfaces where flatness and ultra precision surface finishing is critical. These materials include glass surfaces, ceramic components, optical lenses, semiconductor wafers, special metals and computer memory disc etc.
In case of Micro Cleaning Paper, there are countless chip pockets on the surface of the MCP and the chips removed by the MCP on the target materials are absorbed into chip pockets. So, there is no secondary contaminations or scratches on the surface of the target materials. It is possible to obtain a mirror surface of the target materials in the shortest time by using the MCP.
