How to use mypil
The ergonomic function and design

1. Put your head on the bed.
   - Locate your neck on higher part of the pillow and your head on lower part of it.
2. Put your head in the middle of Mypil pillow.
   -This position help you keep "C" curve.
3. Position for back sleepers.
   - If you sleep on your back, you can easy the comfort around neck and shoulder. Even you can minimize neck wrinkles.
4. Position for side sleepers.
   - If you sleep on your side, the high of pillow is more higher than the central, and Mypil supports making cervical vertebrae and spine straighten
