Hunan Zhenxing Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Chengnan Industrial park of Huayuan County which is located at the junction of Hunan, Chongqing and Guizhou and known as the Oriental Manganese Town. The company, founded in 1993, is the biggest manganese product enterprise of Asia and has developed into a large-scale hi-tech chemical enterprise integrating mining, selection, smelting, and research as a whole. With a registered capital of RMB57.95 million, the company covers an area of more than 800mu and owns total assets of RMB828.22 million, including fixed assets of RMB628.22 million.

The company is mainly engaged in the production and development of “Xuesong” series products, such as electrolytic manganese metal, electrolytic manganese dioxide, sulphuric acid, superfine global aluminum, aluminum nitride powder, lithium manganate, etc. Now, it is able to annually produce 30,000t electrolytic manganese metal, 12,000t lectrolytic manganese dioxide, 60,000t sulphuric acid, 6,000 superfine spherical aluminum powder, 500t aluminum nitride powder, and 3,000t lithium manganate. With 6.5 million tons of manganese carbonate reserves, the company reaches 17% in an average grade of manganese carbonate and has formed the annual production capacity of 300,000t manganese ore. In addition, it has invested RMB50 million to build a transformer substation. The stable electrical power and mineral reserves lay a solid foundation for its stable and sustainable development.

Concerning the corporate management, the company has gradually realized ERP Management System from production to processing, packaging, storage and transportation, measuring, marketing, finance, and after service, and also established and completed all kinds of quality standards and management systems. It passed the certificate of ISO9001：2000 Quality Management System in 2002 and was affirmed as “Hi-tech Enterprise” by Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Department in the same year.

Since 2005, the company has invested RMB 22 million on environment protection and pollution abatement. And presently, it boasts complete pipeline networks for separating flowing of clean water and sewage, the world biggest sewage treatment system of the manganese product industry, and the water and air quality monitoring system.
