Formula composition:

Random polypropylene (APP) 35, calcium carbonate CaCO₃ 65, titanate coupling agent TTS 0.9, stearic acid (HST) 3, polyethylene wax (PEW) 0.5 (This is only for your reference.) 

Processing conditions:

              The APP softening point is low，so coating fillers' effect is good, but the products intensity is low; light calcium carbonate and heavy calcium carbonate both can use, but should have coupling process in advance, and then compounding with auxiliaries like APP etc.. When producing products generally add filling masterbatch about 10-30 portions, it depends on customers' request; extrusion process and double roller process technology are commonly used. Systems like main machine, conical forced feeding, die face hot cutting system etc transport the raw materials which finished stir by internal mixer to granulator vie conical, and then cut into particle by single screw extruder. This unit is easy to operate.
