Special features

• The HS CS2 is a penetrating rinsing agent which has the ability of emulsion.
• The HS CS2 removes impurities and pigment stains from cottons, regenerated fibers,
  synthetic fibers, furs, and fur blended fibers. In addition, it improves the hygroscopic ability of fibers.
• The HS CS2 is a very low foaming penetration agent. .
• The HS CS2 dose not cause enzymatic damages.

Usage

• Cellulose fibers, blending of cellulose and synthetic fibers
  - Desize enzyme
  - Removal of solubilized thickening agent
  - Hydrogen peroxide bleaching
  - Hypochlorous acid bleaching
  - Chlorine bleaching
• Synthetic Fiber
  - Removal of solubilized thickening agent
  - Chlorine bleaching
  - Reduction bleaching
• Fur and fur blended
  - Washing of slubbing, yarn and piecegoods
  - Carbonizing of wool
• Removing Stain
  - Removes oil and fat stains from fiber.

Application

• Scouring 1 ~ 3g/l HS CS2
  - 0.25 ~ 2g/l Soda
  - Temperature: 70 ~ 95°C
  
  

• Enzymatic desizing x g/l enzyme
  - 1 ~ 3g/l normal solt
  - 2 ~ 5g/l HS CS2
  - Temperature : 70°C
  - pick-up : 70%
  - Reaction time : 4 ~ 6 Hrs
  - Wash off at 80 ~ 95°C

• Removing watersoluble desizer 2 ~ 5g/l HS CS2
  - 0.5 ~ 2 g/l Soda
  - Temperature: 70°C
  - Reaction time: 30 ~ 60min
  - Wash off at 80 ~ 95°C

• Hydrogen peroxide bleaching 20 ~ 50ml/l H2O2 35%
  - 4 ~ 6 g/l NaOH 98%
  - 5 ~ 7 g/l Prestogen D
  - 1 ~ 3 g/l HS CS2
  - Temperature: 20°C
  - Pick-up: 70%
  - Steaming time: 5 ~ 20min
