Product overview

The OILCOL series are dust collectors that are suitable for work sites of CNC work, milled finishing, and pressed finishing where mist or fume is created.

They take in air containing oil mist/fume, separate air from oil with the 3-step filter system. The purified air is discharged, and the separated oil is collected into the storage tank located at the lower part of the product.

They can also be formed as a centralized dust collection system to increase efficiency by connecting a number of machines which create mist.

In addition, if a large amount of mist is taken in, the filter life can be extended by installing a mist pre-cleaning box (of semi-permanent service life) at the front end of the dust collector for adjusting the intake concentration of mist. (optional)

Applications

These products are suitable for work sites where that generates a large oil mist such as CNC machine, Milling machine, Hobbing Machine, Pressing Process, Grinding Process, Cylindric Grinder, Machining Center, Parting Agent Spray ect.

Maximized oil mist removal efficiency with 3-step filter system

1) First step, demister:  It removes contaminants of relatively large particles.

2) Second step, VEE bag filter (oil filter): It filters contaminants and particles containing moisture and oil.

3) Third step, HEPA filter: It removes not only contaminants containing moisture and oil, but also ultrafine (0.3 ㎛) mist and fume at the maximum ratio of 99.97%.

Forming of centralized dust collection system

This product is suitable for forming a centralized dust collection system by connecting a number of finishing facilities which create contaminants.

Mist pre-cleaning box for cleaning large amount of mist

If a large amount of mist is taken in, the filter life can be extended by installing a mist pre-cleaning box (of semi-permanent service life) at the front end of the dust collector for adjusting the intake concentration of mist. (optional)

Digital monitoring and control system

This product features a digital monitoring and control system that enables monitoring and controlling of the differential pressure at the filters, the replacement cycle of the filters, and the operation of the air pulse jet system. The digital monitoring and control system also automatically detects the cleaning and replacement cycles of the filters, and prompt them with alarm sound or lamp, so that customers can use the product safely and conveniently.

High-efficiency fans of dedicated design

This product features strong suction force and low-noise operation, because it has high-durability high-efficiency turbo fans.

Digital differential pressure gauge

This gauge enables the identification of contaminants, replacement timing of the filters, etc., so that the operator can manage it safely and conveniently.

Automatic shut-off function for equipment protection

When it is necessary to replace or clean the filters, this function automatically shuts off the product for protecting it, and sounds buzzer for alarming.   (In this case, the product operation is resumed when the filters are replaced or cleaned.)

Easy maintenance

This product is designed for easy maintenance by mounting the devices requiring maintenance such as the filters, the air pulse valves, and the air tanks to the front of the product. In addition, the filters can be replaced easily without any tool.
