Oil based plastisol ink

PLASTISOL, also known as Plastisol Ink,  oily paste.  Non solvent ink

Appearance: Creamy

Components: resins, (non-solvent, water), pigments and other additives. 100% solid content.

Features: It's thin in stirring and thick in storing, thin in summer and winter opposite.

The surface will not be getting dry under room temperature, it will be completely solidified after baking for 1~3 minutes with 150~180℃.
Application:
1. Suitable for automatic, handwork printing, can create 3D right angle, round angle effects etc.
2. The solidifying processing depends on the temperature and time. Higher temperature with shorter time, lower temperature with longer time. 160~180℃ is suggested to improve product efficiency.
3. How can we know if it’s solidified ?
The plastisol ink is elastic and there’s no flour when scrape it, otherwise it’s not solidified.
4. Suitable for cotton, blending, Dacron, jean and all other fabrics which is porous and can resistant in 150~180℃ high temperature.

Operating process: （2 methods）

Method 1:

1. Bottoming with the transparent plastisol ink for 3~4 times (3-4 scrapes per time)

2. Re-print colored plastisol ink for 2 times(3-4 scrapes per time)

3. Baking for 1~3 minutes with 150~180℃ to dry it fast.

4. Finish.

Method 2:

1.Mixing with transparent plastisol ink 50% and colored plastsiol ink 50%.

2. printing for 4~5 times(3-4 scrapes per time)

3. Baking for 1~3 minutes with 150~180℃ to dry it fast.

4. Finish.

Note:

1.The fabric must endurable the hot temperature, and not suitable for airtight fabric.

2.Thick screen is suggested for the best effect .

3. If you want to mix with other company’s pigment, please test it firstly and see whether they are workable.

4.Oil based plastisol should mixing with oil based pigment.

5. Bottoming process can make good fastness.
