Product Information

Feature

This machine is a Billet Heating System operated by induction heating for use in Forging Factories, Rolling Mills and so on. Companies tend to substitute induction heating for fuel oil and gas to prevent pollution, cut down on labor, control quality and reduce running costs.

Since running a machine with fuel oil or gas is not efficient, it results in inaccurate temperature control, difficulty in quality control, low heat efficiency, lengthy heating time and much faster abrasion of mould by scales. Induction heating removes those defects and has the following characteristics.

  • It is possible to install the machine such that it connects directly with a forging machine.
  • It doesn't damage the plasticity of the Billet through short heating time.
  • It is possible to achieve a uniform heat of the Billet, simply controlled by optional hot forging temperature.
  • It is suitable for mass-production.
  • Fewer scales decrease mould abrasion.
  • It doesn't cause any environmental pollution since there are no combustibles.
  • Repair costs are much cheaper compared with combustion furnace.
  • It reduces running cost by electrifying energy.
  • Safety circuits are installed in the induction heater to prevent electric shock and the rate of fire occurrence is extremely low.
