Sampling type Dust Analyzer 815AWD

Sampling type Dust Analyzer consists of sample collector, measuring device, purge air supplier, and monitor with microprocessor.

For Sampling type Dust Analyzer, Electrostatic Precipitator and Bag Filter are used for effective filers to remove dust from waster burning equipment.

Dry type is mainly used for Electrostatic Precipitator, and wet type is applied by the system to coat water-soluble filter with spray to collecting plate; the latter has higher exhaust treatment speed than dry type and does not generate scattering again. When treating by the above wet type, the amount of dust cannot be measured accurately by the existing measurement system due to the combination of dust and moisture.

Sampling type Dust Analyzer 815AWD solved the problem of measuring larger amount of dust due to moisture or measuring very minute amount in case that the measurement is made by light scattering method or light transmission method.

Features of Sampling Dust Analyzer

• It measures dust density by light scatteringmethod at the measurement cell after collecting sample from measuring chamber through sample line by isokinetic suction from sample probe installed at the outlet of combustion exhaust gas, and has an advantage to be used in no relation to dry type or wet type.
• Monitor unit supplies power to the sensor and amplifies and filtrates the electrical signals from the sensor, and indicates the density value of dust by converting them.
• The range of measurement can be chosen manually or automatically, and range signals are outputted by the choice.
• It instructs dust condensity value and temperature, and outputs set alarm signals.
• Built-in self diagnosis function makes effective maintenance of the measuring instrument administration.
• It outputs contact signals of the status of Fault, Adjust, and Power Down, and makes TMS connection easy.
• Output signals outputs the density signals (4~20mA).
• It cools the temperature at 70°C and below by the air supplied from its blower, and washes condenser at the same time.
