UV Organic Water Pollution Measuring Instrument VS-3960 measures and records water pollution load that indexes COD automatically according to total amount control by the law of water quality pollution prevention, and analyzes organic water pollutant amount by measuring oxygen consumption quantity serially by UV absorptiometric analysis and records rate value.
Features
It is designed to correct the error of light source and turbidity effect by applying comparison detector using 2 wavelengths of UV and visible rays.
It is designed with rolling flow cell structure to remove inner pollutants fully, and sequence measuring can be may without omitting measurement, by serial washing by piston movement of wiper rubber.
Measurement with high reliability can be made by supplying stable power that is not affected by powr variation or frequency variation, applying inverter in the terminal of lamp power.
Cell bloc and operation section are arranged in the front and maintenance can be made easy.
Installation can be made in wide ranges due to TMS output prepared.
Principle
Light, radiated from mercury lamp, is divided into 2 directions, and the first direction is divided into UV1 and VIS1 after passing the measurement cell, and the second direction is transmitted to logarithmic AMP circuit through reference directly, and signal difference of UV Ref. is transmitted to logarithmic AMP circuit by detecting it in detection sensor through each optical filter.
It is converted to UV and VIS signals in AMP circuit, and the measure value in proportion to organic water pollution amount is outputted by operating the converted two straight line signal difference in the operation circuit.
