Preparation Instant Cells :
- Instant Cells are stored in caps
- Remove cap from liquid nitrogen container
- Screw cap on a tube containing extracellular buffer
- Shake tube for 2 minutes
- Spin down the Instant Cells for 4 minutes
- Resuspend the pellet in extracellular buffer
- Use Instant Cells immediately for the assay or transfer them into the Cell Reservoir
Cell Reservoir :
- Samm standalone workstation
- Keeps cells in suspension for 2-4 hours
- Only 2-3 preparations per day
