Performance characteristics

1.The water processing system provide secondary reverse osmosis water for the preparation of dialysis fluid used in kidney dialysis,used in various medical centers as a water supply system.

2.System uses purely physical processing technology:simple operation,compact structure,stable quality,and no pollutant emission.

3.Water processing system would real-time monitor raw water pressure,water inlet pressure and water outlet pressure.

4.Water and concentrated water flow were shown on the control panel and user can adjust the water and concentrated water flow based on actual situation.

5 .Indicator lights display working conditions of the system,which was equipped with a emergency switch.

6.Water quality monitor will monitor the conductivity of pure water,and the system will automatically run or stop by the automatic adjustment controller, based on the volumn of pure water tank.

7.Automatic backflushing. This system can carry out this function with the automatic controller in the filter,the same as for the function of reuse in the demineralizer. 

8.Reverse osmosis water system to perform YZB / Guangdong 0819-2010 "reverse osmosis water system" standard and YY0572-2005 " hemodialysis and related treatment water" industry standards. Electrical safety requirements: GB 4793.1-1995 " safety requirements for measurement, control and laboratory electrical equipments Part I: General requirements".

    To meet the purpose of safe and efficient clinical use of the system,we take GB/T19249-2003 "reverse osmosis water equipment" Part of national standards and YY 0572-2005 " hemodialysis and related treatment water" as basis to determine the major technical indicators and test methods of enterprise standards.

    The product passed through inspection and full performance test by Center for Medical Device Quality Supervision,Guangdong Province,and all the technical indicators have reached the requirements of enterprise product standard YZB / Guangdong 0819-2010.

    This production of index is tested by the Guangdong Provincial Center of Medical Device Quality Supervision according the standardization of YZB / Guangdong 0819-2010.
