Each type has different characteristics and requires different manufacturing method.

Insulating Transformer
|
The first and second coils of the transformer are separately coiled so that the output voltage and the current from the first coil are not directly induced to the second coil. |
No induction because the first and second coils are completely separated.

Shield Transformer
|
A capacitance shield is installed between the first and second so that the high frequencies (noises) from the voltage and current of the first coil are induced to the second coil by distributed capacity. |
The first and second coils are separated and no electrostatic coupling occurs.

Noise cut Transformer
|
A multi-coated electrical shield is installed outside the coil and the transformer and the material used and the shape of the core and coil are made in such way that magnetic fluxes from the high frequencies are not crossed. In this way noise is not induced by distributed capacity and electromagnetic induction. |
