Air-Tight IC Housing
- For insulated ceilings and direct contact with insulation.
- For insulation where the housing will be indirect contact with ceilings insulation.
Housing features
- Integral thermally protector guards against misuse of insulation material and improper lamping.
- Junction box is approved for through branch circuit wiring and has seven 1/2" knockouts with true pry-outs slots.
- Romex knockouts include built in strain relief and require no additional clamps.
- Pre-installed bar hangers for span 24" and built-in nailers and T-bar and unique arrowhead design provides "nailness"
Installation Feature
- 7 1/2" Height allows use in 2"x8" joist construction
- Housing adjusts to accommodate up to 2" thick ceilings.

- Designed for quick and easy installation in new or Existing ceiling where 2"×6" joist construction is used.
Housing features

- Four Romex pry-outs with integral strain relief simplify romex installation
- Sock plug provides protection against paint overspray.
