Features

• Since it scatters the welding fume completely separated from the welder using flow rate before welding fume passes through breathing area of the worker, it has excellent effect on welder’s health and safety.
• The air is supplied throughout the entire areas of torch; therefore it has excellent cooling effect.
• Since the power cable is not overheated against long time welding using large current, It has an effect to increase more than 25% of allowable current per power cable unit.
• With reduced weight of torch due to reduction of sectional area of the conductor, it is easy to handle the torch.(Recommended sectional area of power cable for welding machine with 500A, flux cord wire 1.4mm, use rate 65% : 33mm²)
• As it has a structure to cool even front end of torch, it remarkable decreases wear from thermal aging and allow convenient disassembling and assembling parts for replacement.
