TC-2030 is a cost-effective solution for non-contact, open-loop web tension control. It allows flexible configurations of control from a simple control for winding/unwinding application to a complex control using a built-in computed program with Ultrasonic Sensor or Contact Sensor for Semi-Automatic Web Tension Control. Its features are listed below:

1. It has 8 sets of internal memory function, which can memorize 8 kinds of materials for production.

2. The rotary function switch can set parameter easily.

3. It can be set tension value in advance to correct the unstable state during start owing to static friction.

4. It has a large screen of LED display, which can be displayed output kg.% and radius value by “Display Circulating” Key.

5. It has Auto and Manual Control function.

6. It can select the function of rewinding / unwinding.

7. The thickness of materials can be set from 10um to 9000um; the radius of empty shaft can be set from 10mm to 2000mm.

8. It can be set Taping Tension Function, which can change tension for the variation of radius of roll.

9. It can be connected an external ultrasonic sensor to detect the radius for assisting the tension control.

10. It contains a set of output DC 24V/5A, which can directly control magnetic powder clutch.

11. The output signal DC 0-10V of terminal could directly control Torque Controller, Current-Control Mode Vector Inverter, DC Motor Controller, Servo Motor Controller.

12. Multi-function terminal can control the output of stop for running, and remotely control the reset of radius setting, acceleration gain and switching of forward and reverse revolution.
