ATEK-AF3000 is a high performance alkali free liquid set accelerator for NATM shotcrete system and used generally for tunnel constructions

Technical data

Application

• ATEK-AF3000 should be injected by compressed air.
• Injections are to be made by hose and air pressure adjusting pressure controller for continuous mixture.
• It is advisable that utilizing our superplasticizer ATEK-PC will efficiently help lowering W/C and smooth pumping.
• Ideal concrete temperature prior to application is 15°C

Caution

• Avoid contact with skin. If contacted, flush with water and get medical attention.
• Prepare pure water near the job site.
• Keep storing tank warm as viscosity gets higher when temperature is low.
• Do not mix with other accelerators.
• It is acidic, avoid direct contact with ion.
• Use mono pump(only)
• Do not use filtering systems

Storage

• If stored in tightly closed original containers under the given conditions, ATEK-AF3000 has a shelf life of 6 months.
• Store the product in closed container at a temperature between 0°C and +50°C.

Packing

• ATEK-AF3000 is available in 200L PE drums and 1000Liter PE tanks.
