High elongation properties polyurea
Description
POLYTOP SHE is two component, zero VOC's (Volatile Organic Compound), 100% solid. POLYTOP SHE may be applied directly to most substrates, and where adhesion is critical a primer may be used.
Is a product mouth which is planned the quality of high modulus of elongation with importance.
Use
- For waterproof coating on concrete and wood structures.
(Airport, apartment, watertank, all most concrete structures). - For camical resistance area.
- For oil resistance (oilproof) area.
- For multi purpose protection coating.

Application
- Mix ratio 1:1, It must use spraying equipment for polyurea. And keep the pressure minimum 2000psi with heating to 65-70°C.(Pre heater temperature should be approx at 70-75°C and hose temperature should be at 65-75°C). These include GRACO, SPI company product. And Gun models include GRACO, SPI company product for polyurea spraying.
- Component "B" must be mixed each day, while to spray.
- Thinning is not required.
- You check the "SSPC" before start spraying.
Caution
- Store in warm place preventing from freezing.
