This is to produce panels for factories, warehouses, houses, etc. Using EPS(Expanded PolyStyrene). As it is light, economical and block shaped, it is widely used to build factories and warehouses.
Using block shaped EPS, it has the simplest composition and high capacity, max. 15M/Min.
Even there are several countries, which has the strict restriction on using eps for building, it is actively studied to develop non-flammable insulation.

There are different production machines within roll forming machines, such as for producing deck plate(flooring), ceiling, wall, roof, gutters, end covers, extra construction materials and auto mobile parts. Applying this roll forming machine, we are also specialized in insulated sandwich panel lines using EPS boards, mineral wool boards and polyurethane.
