DY-TMA Truck-Mounted Airless Pavement Striping Machine is a high pressure, large-flow, airless spraying machine. This machine makes use of gasoline engine to drive the plunger pump through hydraulic system, and sprays paint by controlling hydraulic pressure and flow direction. The spraying line has advantages of uniform thickness, regular line edge and beautiful line shape. The spray gun bracket is motile articulated design, which can adjust the marking width easily and precisely. The operation system is equipped with micro-computer controller, which is used to choose the line type and adjust the dotted line spacing according to the construction requirement.

1) Engine: American Briggs & Stratton or Japanese Robin 13HP gasoline engine.
2) Paint pump: The single vertical large flow plunger pump has the characters of good abrasion resistance and is easy to maintain. The largest flow volume of single plunger pump is 20L/min. The highest pressure is 20 Mpa (working pressure is 8-12Mpa).
3) Structure: High strength welding structure. The engine drives the hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic controlling system. It is easy to operate.
4) Paint tank: Double large volume paint tank (150kg*2) with hydraulic automatic stirring device.
5) Spray Gun: This truck mounted airless road marking machine's spray gun is equipped with hard-edge columnar reverse waster nozzle which makes it easy to discharge the blockage.
6) Glass beads spraying system: Equipped with glass beads spraying system.
7) Guiding: The telescopic guide arm can be adjusted freely up and down, left and right.
8) Spraying width: 100-400mm.
