Product Description
Our fire fighting pumps are small size, strong self-suction, big flow and high-pressure. The water pumps are centrifugal type.

Product Feature
Fire fighting pump component features:

1. Pumps
A. Fire fight pump structure(CNS 8917 B 4052-2-2'1~2'10) mounted the standard centrifugal pumps which comply with the ISO international specifications.

B. Performance [CNS 8917 B 4052-4'1(1)~(4)] : The total head shall be above 65% rated head at 150% rated capacity. The fully-close lift shall be within140% rated lift. The shaft power shall not exceed 110% of electric motors horsepower at 150% rated capacity. The water pump can be changed to horizontal or vertical or multistage types.
C. It comply with the demanded efficiency of fire pump, the signle stage shaft coupling pump and the multistage shaft coupling pump meet the ISO2858 and CNS2138 standards.
D. Body of water pump: Grey iron casting parts, comply with CNS2472.
E. Dynamic impellers: Standard grey iron casting part, option brass casting part; compliant with CNS2473 or CNS4125.
F. Main shaft: Stainless steel or medium carbon steel for sleeved main shaft; comply with CNS3270 or CNS3828.
G. Pump body is able to resist more than 1.5 times of the maximum water pressure boosting for 3 minutes without any water leakage.

2. Water priming device
A. Storage tank is made of steel plate while its capacity of effective storage volume is above 100L.
B. Alarm device for low water level: Applied the floating ball switch or the electrode method; the alarm will be triggered when the water level in water storage tank has been dropped to 1/2 capacity.

3. Thermal protector device
A. The discharging pipe for preventing the temperature rise of water is connected to the primary sside of check valve to the discharging side of water pump with an orifice plate mounted in between them, so that the pump can discharge minor volume of water into the room temperature water storage tank during its operation.
B The water volume flowing inside the discharging pipe for preventing the temperature rise of water is able to prevent the water temperature inside the water pump from going higher than 30 degree celsius when pump is at fully shut status and continuous running condition.

4. Test device for flow rate and performance
A. Able to test the pump performance during regular check.
B. Applied a pressure differential type flowmeter to measure and read directly the rated water volume and the range of 150% flow rate.
C. Mounted a pressure gauge with a precision above 1.5 class.

5. Main piping
A. Check valve: mounted the check valve resistant to water hamming with indication of flow direction.
B. Gate valve: 10K, resistant to 1.5 times of using pressure.
C. Flexible pipes: 10K(Stainless steel product).

6. Control panel
A. Indicator lights: power supply, auto/manual/stop, low water level in water tank, overload and automatic isolation.
B. Alarm devices: alarm buzzers for overload of electric motor and low water level in water tank; manual and direct operation is needed to stop buzzing and reset the buzzer; motor will not stop automatically when alarm buzzer is triggered.
C. Terminals: input terminal for strat, detecting low water level in water tank; output terminal for alarm signal, pump's running signal and grounding. No fuse breaker, electromagnetic switch or thermal relay.

7. Water pressure on-off device
A. The capacity of pressurization tank for start is above 100L.
B. The structure of pressurization tank for start conforms to the standard pressure resistance 12 and 16 kg/cm2 of pressure vessel.
C. There are pressure gauges, water pressure switch for start and water drainage valve for start...etc. Mounted in the pressurization tank for start.
D. Pressure gauge has a precision above 1.5 class and a pressure range 10kg~20kg.

8. Pressure meter and vacuum meter
A. Pressure meter and pressure gauge with a precision above 1.5 level.
