The certification is awarded to farms that ensured the safety of the product through a comprehensive management system to control hazardous residues including pesticide, heavy metal, and microorganisms remaining in each step of the distribution chain, manufacturing, harvesting, packaging, and marketing.

2.    Fresh

SUMISUN’s strawberries advancing Cold Chain System towards the world’s market through new technology to maintain freshness. Integrated preservation and processing system processes carbon dioxides and Chlorine dioxides of strawberries out of preliminary refrigeration to control microorganisms. The process enhances the hardness of strawberries and suppresses deterioration, to improve storability and extend shelf life.

3.    Safety

SUMISUN STRAWBERRIES are managed by strict safety standard. Pursuant to Korea’s strict PLS(Positive List System) Policy, we are farming clean and eco-friendly strawberries, compliant with pesticide residue limits. Also, we are operating a systemic management system for safety standards for each country, such as pesticide residue limits so that consumers abroad can consume with confidence and trust.
