Application

• Infusion Making Direction:
  1. Select herbs, fruits, and vegetables that you want to extract flavor.
  2. Wipe off dirt with dry towel
  3. Put them into a jar
  4. Pour Khang soju over the herbs, fruits, and vegetables
  - Recommended Ratio (10:1 for dried ingredient, 2:1 for raw ingredient)
  5. Close tightly
  6. Store in the cool and dark area about a month
  7. Separate the ingredient and take them out of the jar
  8. Close tightly
  9. Allow 1-2 years for better flavor
