CNC Cutting Machine is a CNC-controlled gantry flame cutting machine combining high efficiency, flexibility and robustness. The machine has been designed for high-precision-cutting and oxy fuel flame cutting for limited material thicknesses. Schroeder_LS is a machine concept available for working widths from 2.0 – 6.0 m in 2.0 m increments.

Gantry bridge in warp-resistant and air-cooled framework construction, universally applicable for all thermal cutting processes.
Positive bilateral longitudinal drive with three-phase synchronous motors and magnet clutches,  integrated in two mass-optimized carriages
Transverse guide by soil-resistant rod guides, ground and hardened. High-quality toothed belt free from backlash, with high-capacity three-phase synchronous motor and high-precision planetary gear
Heat protection plates below gantry bridge
Engergy chains in guides on the bridge
Available in left-hand or right-hand execution
Can be equipped for plasma, oxy fuel and marking processes
Slewable plasma bevel torch blocks
