To help with the difficulty of binding vine, from 1989 Tape Binder helped serious labor shortages and being competitively priced, sold well in the local market.
The new Tape Binder was far more efficient than the traditional clasp tape. Prior to this, greenhouse farming had experienced difficulties with interior clasps with were susceptible to climatic fluctuations.
