Application of vertical lathe:
Vertical lathe is suitable for machining of all kinds of industries. It can make rough and finish turning procedure as follows:
(1) Turning external & internal column face and flat surface.
(2) Turning external & internal conical surface.
(3) Head face
(4) Grooving.
(5) Drilling, core drilling and reaming.
Advantage of vertical lathe:
1. Work-table adopts hydrostatic guide way.
2. Radial of main spindle is to use NN30 (Grade D) bearing and able to turn precisely, with good carrying capacity.
3. Gear case adopts 40 Cr gear wheel, with high precision and little noise.
4. All hydraulic parts and Electrical equipments adopt Famous brand products in China.
5. Plastic coated guideway is wearable. Centralized lubricating oil supplying is convenient.
6. Casting of lathe adopts lost foundry (short for LFF) technique. Casting is treated by heat treatment and by aging.
