We produce a variety of embossing and sealing roll used for processes of sanitary napkin / diaper machines. In order to maintain the shape by the continuous sealing at high speed of fluff layer, cover, lining, and pouch in line with the shape, prevent leakage of the contents, and show elegant appearance,
they are made after being designed in accordance with diverse size and product group. To increase productivity, the life time and durability more than a certain level is required. For wear resistance, high speed steel and alloy tool steel are used.
