TUNGSTEN CARBIDE ROTARY CUTTER
We produce a variety of cutters used for processes of sanitary napkin / diaper machines. In order to cut continuously at high speed fluff layer, cover, lining, and pouch in shape, cutting should be done not in flat but in round. They are made after being designed in accordance with diverse size and product group.
To increase productivity, cutting ability more than a certain level are required. For wear resistance, high speed steel and alloy tool steel are used in general. By the way, recent trend is to use super hard cutters improved with about 10 times of HSS (High Speed Steel) cutters.
