The company enjoys a good reputation from customers and competitors as our sales in 2007 had increased ten times compared to our sales in 2003. The reason for our competitiveness is our excellent manpower, more than anything else. Under the target of "All staff members should be experts to answer to any questions", we improved our ability through "Expert's visiting education", "Internal assessment", "Seminar", and "Internal traning", which are conducted every month and every quarter.  

The company president "Kim, Byeong-chae" discloses that "We seek the technology for the future and nature" and our target is to make all members of our society enjoy comfortable and happy lives. He also says that creating a beautiful future is part of our management philosophy.

Poinix inc. receives much attention as a rapidly growing company in the same business fields. As a subcontractor of Samcheolli in 2003, the company has expanded its business fields to anti-slip facilities, low noise drainage asphalt concrete, rutting free asphalt concrete, elastic interlocking block, reinforcement of seismic resisting bridge, etc.

The president emphasized and we agreed that this achievement comes from our belief that "We cannot survive if we are not unchanged, and vice versa." It means that we had to have a creative and challenging spirit to drive change, instead of being afraid of being changed. We established an R&D Lab. in 2007 in order to systematically promote technology development. Technology development requires a large amount of money and efforts. However our R&D Lab. successfully applied nine patents in such a short period of time and showed us our possibility.
