Structure and Features
- Internal Heater dryers contain an internal heater element that increases recycled heat efficiency, reducing air consumption and increasing cost-effectiveness
- Uses an auxiliary heater similar to that used by external heater units, reducing power consumption
- An oil-less pneumatic valve ensures precise operation, with speed-adjusting cylinders inside the valves to reduce shock and prevent malfunctions
- Cycles can be set to 8 hr cycles as well as 12 hr and 16 hr cycles, with further customization possible
- Drop in line pressure shuts down the purged air, ensuring a stable outlet pressure and operational safety
