Structure and Features
- The blower purge dryer uses a blower instead of a heater to use outside air for the heating element, reducing operational costs
- The use of an auxiliary h eater reduces power consumption
- An oil-less pneumatic valve ensures precise operation, with speed-adjusting cylinders inside the valves to reduce shock and prevent malfunctions. Cycles can be set to 8 hr cycles as well as 12 hr and 16 hr cycles
- A purge pressure control switch enables easy checking of leaks or valve malfunctions, and a drop in line pressure shuts down the purged air, ensuring a stable outlet pressure and operational safety
