1) Technology and Product

Throughout the manufacturing processes of a car, a huge number of parts are manufactured and assembled into a complete car. In these processes, all the single parts must meet the accuracy specifications to be able to be assembled into a car. For this, single parts checking fixtures (C/F) jigs and Total Assembly Checking Fixture/Cubic Jig are fabricated to assure the accuracy, quality and productivity of parts prior to final assembly line.

 2) Market

As a registered parts supplier to Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, now we are manufacturing the car parts on plant-basis, departing from parts-basis as the customers have established factories worldwide. As the demand increases, our market is growing. Accordingly, we are focusing our management efforts to respond to sharply increasing demand since 2003.

 3) Technology, Quality and Competitive Power

A large portion of our engineering staffs are from Hyundai Motors, with rich field experiences and know-how. With the pride that we are one of the industry leaders, not a simple competitor, we are performing our role as a reliable parts and assembly supplier with the technology and quality products recognized by our customers.

 4) Production Planning

Since our products are manufactured on order basis, customers are designated prior to the completion of the products. In many cases, production plans can be set up after several weeks from the order. Delivery lead time of the parts/assemblies for a newly developed car includes 3 to 4 months for the development and fabrication of the Total Assembly Checking Fixture/Cubic Jig.
