CHARACTERISTIC
Heating process after hydrogen peroxide bleaching of the cotton one-set neutralization process is sufficient eliminating the process of acid rinsing.
Complete disposal of residual hydrogen peroxide and uniform neutralization to reduce the usable water, energy and time that it's very cost effective.
By preventing the reattachment of the contaminants after hydrogen peroxide bleaching and after one time treatment it can be dyed without any rinsing for improving the operational efficiency through supplementing the difference in the intensions such as CHEESE and bright colors.
DIRECTIONS
After the uniform hydrogen peroxide bleaching of the cotton and Rayon, it shall be drained and 2%(O.W.F) shall be added at 60~70°C for treatment between 10 to 20 minutes.
