Adding at 60°C raise temperature to 95~100°C in 30 minutes and dye in 60~90minutes. Then it should be reduction clear with 2g/Liter Hydrosulfite and 0.5~1g/Liter FINISH F under 70~80°C in 20minutes.
Fluorescent decolorizing of Polyester fiber
Treat with 4~8% CARRIER YD under 95°C in 1hour.
High thermal dye of Polyester fiber
Use together 0.3~1%/Liter CARRIER YD with other dispersion leveling agent, get fine level effect that has serious barriness.
Decolorizing of Polyester dyed goods
Treat with 2.5g/Liter CARRIER YD and 1~2g.Liter Hydrosulfate conc and 2~4cc/Liter caustic 40% fluid during 30~60minutes under 70~80°C
EFFECT
Despite using of small amount, obtain high coloring effect and even dyed color dye to its excellent percolate level effect. Prevent soiled by dispersing dyes against wool due to have a good wool resistance to dye. So show a good effect to dye ways of one dye bath of T/W mixed yarn. Owing to have a good volatility, economic carrier is that no color change of fluorescent light.
