W.I.P [Warm Isostatic Press]
Ilshin Autoclave’s WIP series is an equipment (50 ~ 100ℓ) used for laminating process in semiconductor industry. We installed a heater to the reservoir tank to control a temperature(50 ~100℃). WIP consists of high pressure pump, pressure vessel and reservoir tank. The pressure vessel of WIP series is designed and manufactured according to ASME code for safety and accuracy. We also installed pressure sensor and thermocouple and applied pin closure type for user convenience. There are many specifications and models for various researches and productions.

WIP Model
WIPL series WIPL series is an equipment(1~10ℓ) for laboratory or pilot study. Because WIP series includes heating process, we installed a heater to raise a temperature of pressure medium (water, oil) and a reservoir tank that endures high temperature(50~100℃).
Pressure vessel of the equipment is made from stainless steel for corrosion resistance and strength. WIP consists of high pressure pump, heater, pressure vessel, reservoir tank and controller. We also installed pressure sensor and thermocouple for measuring temperature and pressure as well as safe vent for safety.

Control system - Interlock setting ensure a safety - Automatic system by PLC controlling * P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram)
