1. SmCo magnets are made using Sm and Co elements as main ingredients in a ratio of 1:5 or 2:17.

2. Sm (smarium), which is a rare earth element, and Co (cobalt), which is one of the high-priced strategic resources, are used to make SmCo magnets . Relatively expensive.

3. SmCo magnets have very high stability against external magnetic fields and temperature.

Although it is on the expensive side, it is widely used in the high-performance industry due to its magnetic and chemical properties. It can be used up to 250-350℃, and can be used without surface treatment because there is no risk of corrosion. It is used in high-priced machinery and equipment such as motors, sensors, and long-lasting machinery. Precision and shape processing management are easier than with sintered NdFeB magnets.
