1.Piston: the claim rate 0.1% for one year, The production line is CNC maching centre from Germany, Japan.
2. Main body: For front head, back head and cylinder, we all use 20 CrMo, Adopt the most advanced Austrian heat treatment production line also with carburizing process over 36 hours, and depth of 1.8mm, while for other supplier, they use 40 CrMo, and use normal heat treatment equipment, only just need  5 hours heat treament process. 
3. Bracket : Our materials is Q345 ( 16Mn), and obviously betten than other suppliers'Q235. 
4. Control Valve : Also with Austrian heat treatment process.
5. Seal kit: we use NOK brand, imported from Japan directly, 
6. Spare parts : four our through bolt, from cover, inner bush and tools, we all use 42CrMo, this steel raw materials is with betten strength and goood resistance.

HEAT TREATMENT

For several hydraulic breaker parts, heat treatment should be perfect also. Heat treatment in uncontrolled environment  will make the product too soft or too brittle.

When Low hardness (ductile):  Tip deformation, bending of shaft, early abrassion

When High hardness (brittle):  Prone to fructure failure

Heat treatments of our products has been made by our sup-suplier company for years.
