The marketing manager promoted H Co.’s functional skincare products to distribution buyers across various channels, successfully discovering new buyer opportunities.

H Co., which has experience in home shopping distribution in Japan and other international markets, offers a wide range of high-quality cosmetics. Its unique products, such as collagen patches and mists, have received positive responses abroad. The marketing manager connected with H*** Co., a Malaysian distributor specializing in home shopping and live commerce, and noted a strong interest in premium Korean cosmetics. A virtual meeting was scheduled to align business goals and needs.

H Co. is a cosmetics manufacturer that specializes in innovative skincare products,
offering both OEM and ODM production. The company currently exports its cosmetics to various countries,
including the United States, Japan, China, and Europe.

During the consultation, the buyer requested collagen patches and mask packs suitable for local home shopping channels. In response, H Co. emphasized the strengths of its branded products. In October 2024, both companies met again at the tradeKorea Matching Day and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which led to in-depth discussions. After conducting sample testing, the buyer initiated a local market test to evaluate product competitiveness and suitability.

In March 2025, a live broadcast in Malaysia generated approximately USD 5,000 in sales, enhancing brand awareness and establishing a foundation for ongoing transactions. The companies are currently discussing the joint development of capsule serum manufacturing facilities, aiming to build a close partnership for expansion throughout Southeast Asia, beyond just Malaysia.
