Daehung Softmill Co., Ltd. is Korea’s only total confectionary and bakery machinery manufacturer. Since the foundation, we, Daehung Softmill Co., Ltd., have continued to create bigger values through endless innovation, research and development while overcoming difficult corporate management environment with all of the company employees in order to provide better technologies and quality to our customers. Thanks to the love and support of our customers, we have become a prestigious brand as the country’s only total confectionary and bakery machinery manufacturer. After being selected as a Korean craftsmaster in 2011, we have placed our highest priority on improving the company’s core competencies in order to develop human resources and contribute to the country. Our company was selected as a company to implement ‘the Work-Study Combination Program’ that was one of the government’s major policies for job creation since 2014. Thus, we established the ‘Craftsmaster Technical Training Center’ through sponsorship of Human Resources Development Service of Korea. Our company built and expanded the infrastructure for youths to become a skilled technician by doing study and work at the same time. Moreover, we established the system allowing all our company employees to grow through our company’s unique human resource development program. Going forward, we will continue to remind ourself of the attitude of serving customers first. Also, we will continue to make efforts to provide customer-centric products and services on a consistent basis.
